18 thousands of porcelain tiles on the main dome
The Russian art style and modern unique technologies were combined in Saint Igor Chernigovsky church. Instead of traditional gold leaf the domes are covered with porcelain tiles. The main dome alone has more than 18 thousands of such tiles. Due to them beautiful onion domes look like the work of Faberge and will not dim in years.
